Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You may return most new, unworn within14 days for a full refund less shipping cost. You are responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


If you need to return an item, please 
go through your account on our website and request a return authorization. We do not do exchanges, if you need a different size, simply order the right size, and send your original order back. All items need to be put into a separate box or mailer to ensure items are returned in original condition for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Exchanges

Due to high volume of sales that we do via our website and store front we cannot do exchanges.  Simply buy the product you need, and send the other back for a refund.  We will get this processed as promptly as we can.

 


Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
